The Cheek show their love for Trouble Vision

I have to declare a vested interest. The Cheek are some of my favourite people. But they’re also making some of the best new noise around, and in a few months time they’re going to be your girlfriend’s new favourite band. This could work to your advantage, if you introduce her to them now.
Anyway, they’re on tour at the moment and will be ripping up a venue near you with a lot of excellent music and one particularly filthy cover. That isn’t the sole reason for this post, though. I noticed on their twitter feed that they’d made a mixtape of “the people who’ve kicked us in the head and made our feet move” at Trouble Vision over at Corsica Studios. Check it out here, and mainline a bit of wobbly bass straight into your ears.
